Ruling on delaying prayer
We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from
the evils of our actions. Whoever is guided by Allah is not misleading, and
whoever misleads is not guided by Him. I testify that there is no god but Allah
alone and no partner.
(Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: It is
permissible to offer the prayer for a period of time Or to delay, and gather
with the next; gather the noon prayer with the age, and Morocco with dinner,
and if the time missed by the excuse of sleep and forget, must be done.
As for the intention of delaying the prayer from its time,
and then making it after that, such as one who does not pray Fajr prayer until
after the sun rises, or delay the 'Asr prayer until after the sun sets. It is
obligatory to repent and multiply good deeds to make up for the sin of leaving
prayer.
Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: "What
is the time that is greater for him to do as a prayer is to do in his time a
condition in that he is a worshiped man. This is why it is not possible to do
jumu'ah after the time has passed, nor to stand at Arafah after its time, nor
to do anything except what Allah and His Messenger have decreed. This is what
is meant by doing prayer, fasting and Hajj except in times If she missed those
times, it was not valid, and Allaah did not make a saheeh Nh- did Friday on
Saturday, not to stand Arafah on the tenth day, nor in the Hajj is recognized
as goodwill.
The Muslims have ordered the Muslims to confront their enemy
before they reach the prayer of fear, and they limit their actions to it. The
qibla at the time, even if it was accepted in time and not valid, to delay them
to the time of security and the possibility of bringing them, and this indicates
that after the departure of the time is not be rewarded and acceptable to them
with the excuse that hit them in the course of Jihad and enemies,
